NRB offers two flexible in-plant building
systems - pre-assembled and demountable - to cover all in-plant
needs.
The Pre-Assembled
SM Series
SM Series buildings are completely pre-assembled and tailored
to your specific needs. A simple 8' x 10' shipping office
may be delivered and offloaded in a single piece whereas a
larger structure may be split into modules for access into
your plant.
The standard unit design is of wood frame construction, although
non-combustible steel frame units are also available, if required.
Every NRB pre-assembled building is pre-wired, ready for a
simple power connection. There are a number of options available, including air-conditioning, plumbing and
much more. Optional sound reduction packages are also available
for areas of your plant with excessive noise levels.

NCP-1000 In-Plant Panel Systems
The NCP-1000 System is a non-combustible,
3 1/2" heavy-duty steel framed panelized system with
steel studs every 24". It offers easy assembly, total
design flexibility, effective sound control and low maintenance.
The basic system is comprised of 8' high, solid, window and
door panels. The roof is designed to accommodate a standard
"dust load", or can be engineered to carry heavier
loads if required. Increased panel heights, two storey and
mezzanine applications are all available options.
The NCP-1000 Series features a one-of-a-kind extrusion fastening
system that is non-progressive, so it allows you to assemble
or reconfigure your structure with ease. All wall panels come
pre-wired with outlets, fans or electrical panels wherever
you need them. Standard exterior is Stone Gray pre-finished
steel laminated to gypsum board, and the interior is vinyl
covered gypsum board, all designed to offer you easy care
and durability.

LCP-1000 In-Plant Panel System
The LCP-1000 is the alternative in-plant
solution for plant or warehouse areas where noise levels are
not an issue.
The LCP-1000 Series is a 2" wall system that is both
economical and light-weight. Its standard exterior is white,
26-gauge pre-finished steel, laminated to a polystyrene core. The interior
walls are 1/2" vinyl-covered drywall. And the base, joint
strips and top fascia are customized, clear anodized aluminum
extrusions. For economy, the vertical extrusion which connects
the panels is formed in a single piece, so any assembly or
removal must be done progressively. However, the option exists
to have a two-piece extrusion that may be used within the
wall assembly if you wish to move or re-configure the structure
at any time. Optional finishes also include an exterior of
vinyl-covered plywood.
A unique feature of the LCP-1000 is a fastening system that allows interchangeability between the bottom track and vertical channels - as well as between the top track/fascia and corners. This feature is particularly valuable to users who need to stock replacement parts.
System installation is quick and easy, with each panel sliding into the vertical "H" extrusion. And the LCP-1000 may be combined with a mezzanine to raise it off the plant floor, create a storage load on the roof, or build a two-storey office. As well, electrical outlets and features can be placed anywhere throughout the panel system.
NRB's LCP-1000 is designed for areas of the plant where noise is not a major concern. Standard features include single-pane, tempered safety glass windows and a painted hollow core wood door in a metal frame with lockset, ½ lite of glass, sweep and threshold. Optional finishes include an exterior or interior of vinyl covered plywood.
