In order to meet the time and design requirements, the structure was fabricated with separate building sections, canopy sections and columns. It was designed to transport easily in three tractor-trailer loads. On-site completion time was less than ten days, including hook-up of equipment and services.

Construction of this store was comprised of factory pre-poured concrete floors, structural steel, and lumber. The metallic finish of the exterior aluminum cladding provides a hi-tech appearance. Inside, the customer service area features a non-slip floor plus a durable, maintenance-free plastic laminate wall finish. All store fixtures - including donut racks and service counters - were handled by NRB. All electrical and mechanical fixtures were pre-installed at our plant. The building sections were then delivered to the site and set in place by NRB crews.

This drive-thru restaurant won a Best in Show for a Three Section Building at the 1995 building competition of the Modular Building Institute, an association of U.S., Canadian and other international modular builders and suppliers.
