This experienced modular client's standard 2,000 square foot store design was altered to a red brick version with high stucco parapets to better suit its residential surroundings - yet the basic building remains a steel and concrete NRB 5000 Series structure.

Inside offerings remain the same with a large inviting coffee centre, sandwich counter, and retail sales space. The immediate feeling of this particular store is spacious and clean. The floor to ceiling storefront glass provides an invitation into the store from its gas offering. Storefront parking also invites convenience clients only to stop for items on route as well.

Because this corporate client works on multiple projects and site locations, NRB has established base models, which will fit to a variety of appropriate sites. With this method the client is able to pre-order buildings during what would be off-season months for traditional site construction, and have them pre-built in the NRB yard ready for delivery to the site in early spring. Once on site, excavation can begin - allowing openings months ahead of their competitors. Planning and permitting process can be properly dealt with during the winter months as well, eliminating construction hold ups.
