With an NRB carwash, most sites require only pier foundations, which minimizes the amount of excavation, backfilling and concrete required.

Site services are all brought to one location prior to building delivery. Final service connections are completed by the site contractor after the carwash is delivered.

Unlike some other modular manufacturers, NRB builds every building as one complete structure in our yard, rather than down an assembly line. We then split the building into sections for shipping. This ensures that everything, including the installed mechanical and electrical systems, fits precisely when the building is assembled at the site.

Building delivery is a specialized process, handled for you by NRB. Our site-to-site transfer process is an efficient, pre-planned transition from our plant to your site.

At the site, sections are craned onto your foundations, and are bolted together. Carpenters and other trades complete architectural finishes as well as mechanical and electrical crossovers. All aspects of this installation are carefully coordinated by NRB prior to building delivery.

NRB has a carwash In Stock and ready to go, or we can build one to your precise specifications and sizing. Our basic Specifications and Features include:

Building Structure:

• Engineered structural steel post and beam construction
• 1 1/2" metal deck with 3" concrete floor in the equipment room. Carwash floor poured on site.
• 3 5/8" steel stud walls
• 1 1/2" metal roof deck with 2-ply bituminous roof
• R20 roof and R12 wall insulation

Finishes

• FP1 architectural aluminium exterior wall cladding system (or your choice of materials)
• 1/2" clear glass with silicone joints
• Seamless chemical resistant finish over 1/2" "denshield" tile backer on wash bay walls and ceiling
• Seamless painted walls in mechanical/electrical rooms on 1/2" gypsum board

Systems

• Electrical service as required by carwash equipment
• Waterproof metal halide lighting fixtures in wash bay
• Fluorescent lighting in mechanical/electrical rooms
• Exit and emergency lighting
• Fan forced, gas fired unit heaters in wash bay
