Client Need:

The client, a large commercial printer, required a non-combustible in-plant building for immediate use and future flexibility.

Building Size:

1,024 square feet, in two storeys.

Time to Complete:

From start of production to completion on site, 5 weeks.

Project Outline:

NRB delivered a completely customized, two storey in-plant office structure - using a structural steel mezzanine with supports totally enclosed in the lower wall system.

The building is an NCP1000 series panelized system, 16' x 32', of non-combustible construction. NRB's use of an integral mezzanine structure to support the upper office gives the owner optimum flexibility for change. Plant floor space is often at a premium, and with this design the printing company may remove the lower office - freeing up floor space - while leaving the upper office completely functional.

A complete electrical package, HVAC units and sprinkler system are included in this bright, maintenance free environment.
