Given the size and configuration of this structure, and the need for speed, NRB custom engineered the building to be delivered and installed in one piece. In addition to speeding the manufacturing process, this also shortened the installation process.

The building was constructed using our 5000 series steel and concrete building technology. The exterior cladding was standard face brick to match an existing building on the same site and was applied by NRB. Exterior glazing is tempered mullion-less type glass, allowing one way viewing. Interior features include a stylish and easy to clean ceramic floor, overhead lighting, and counters designed not only for durability but also to meet the Owner's corporate colours and image.

Another NRB consideration was store layout - with easy viewing of the pump islands from the inside and proper flow of customer traffic within the retail outlet.
