Ready to accommodate the needs of our client’s growing company, this modular office building is comprised of 14 sections which were prefabricated at the NRB plant and assembled on site. Each section was complete with exterior and interior finishes, as well as mechanical and electrical packages, and delivered to the site for a quick installation.

This modular office space was completely tailored to the owner’s precise needs – from fixtures and finishes to meeting rooms, offices, file storage, washrooms and a lunch room. There were special architectural features in the design, including unique angled walls with etched glass panels and skylights, creating a bright and warm work environment.
