Consisting of three 12’ x 60’ modules which are set on a pier foundation, NRB constructed and installed this modular traffic control centre. Each module was manufactured with all mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems pre-installed at the NRB plant with all internal connections between modules quickly done on site.

The centre has many customized features including the exterior finish, a combination of stone aggregate cladding and metal siding with a brown fascia, and the roof system comprised of a two-ply modified bituminous membrane. The interior features include a suspended acoustical ceiling system, a vinyl-covered gypsum wall finish, sheet flooring throughout and commercial quality carpeting. As well, the centre features a gas-fired HVAC system, and contains a meeting room, washroom, offices, computer room and the control centre.
