Mohawk College originally considered placing a “temporary” modular facility for a time while they constructed on-site an administrative office, this would have caused their staff to move twice.

Once the college saw what NRB was able to provide in permanent modular construction and within their timeframe of fall opening, they changed their plans and proceeded with off-site construction using NRB’s steel and concrete technology.
