An innovative, turnkey building solution was needed to shelter homeless and transient workers unable to find affordable living accommodations. 25 modules were engineered and built with concrete floors pre-poured at our plant, with the building’s external appearance and finish intended to integrate with its surroundings in an industrial park.

NRB created this facility to offer a friendly environment with communal space and services available to men and women, while providing safety and security for clients and staff at the same time. The complex combines administration space with residential quarters for the homeless. Features of the building include a large Multi-Purpose Room with vaulted ceilings, clerestory windows to bathe the room in natural daylight, full bathroom and shower facilities, resource rooms, and counseling offices.
