NRB worked together with a modular construction dealer-partner to design and fabricate this unique Children’s Early Learning Center. The building had two different occupancy classifications based on the age of the children, requiring it to be constructed to the most stringent design of fire-rated non-combustibility.

The new center was designed and built to replace a structure that had been demolished at the site years ago and it had to blend into this Victorian Era neighborhood.
