When conventional site building was not an option, permanent modular school building construction from NRB was the answer. The addition for this school had to be built in the courtyard of the existing school which made it impractical for on-site construction. As such, using a 550-ton crane, modules and site material were craned into the enclosed courtyard to complete the build.
This two-story modular addition is comprised of 14 modules of varying sizes which fits precisely between two existing wings of the school. All aspects of the interior were considered in order to effectively compliment the original building, as well as a full-face brick finish to match the existing exterior.
