Project Summary

Working closely with the client throughout the entire process, NRB developed a modular medical building that provided the sophistication of an MRI clinic in a permanent medical building. Using our 5000 series steel and concrete construction technology, this state of the art modular medical facility was prefabricated at the NRB plant with all internal and external finishes. All mechanical and electrical packages were installed prior to shipping, delivering the speed-to-completion benefit of modular construction.

The facility was customized with special exterior features including the impressive barrel vaults which adorn each entrance. Interior treatments such as the fireplace in the Waiting Room and extensive use of glass for natural day-lighting, instills comforts to patients and provides a warming and efficient workplace for the medical and administrative staff.

“NRB’s unique method of ‘static’ construction provides for a high-quality multi-unit modular building. The structure is completed in the manufacturing facility prior to being separated into sections for shipping, so all components are assured to fit together again at the site.” – GCH, Modular Solutions
