NRB worked together with a modular construction dealer-partner specializing in medical facilities, to design and fabricate this unique MRI clinic. The building had two different elevations, the front being single storey and the back being two-storey as the grade sloped away.

To accommodate the unusual site, the upper floor was modular construction while the lower back floor was site built into the hill, and designed to carry the upper modular level.
