Wanting to expand their Emergency Patient Care Department, Raritan Bay Hospital selected our modular construction for its speed-to-completion advantage, as well as the reduced site disruption resulting from our unique construction method. This 58’ x 84’ two-story addition was built completely off-site at the NRB plant and shipped in 22 sections with all features and finishes pre-installed.

This modular hospital addition features  interior finishes including drywall, taped, filled and painted, 2’ x 2’ suspended acoustic ceiling tile, and patterned vinyl composite tile floors. The exterior brick and curtain wall system of this project was finished to seamlessly blend with the existing building.
