This completely customized, non-combustible two storey, 16’ x32’, In Plant office structure was built by NRB for immediate use and future flexibility. The building is from our NCP-1000 series panelized system and was designed with a mezzanine structure to support the upper office while giving St. Joseph’s Printing optimum flexibility for changes in the future. As plant floor space is often at a premium, the company can remove the lower office to free space, and leave the upper office completely functional.

A complete electrical package was installed in this office. As well, HVAC units and sprinkler systems are included in this bright, maintenance free environment.
