Exterior Doors: Two (2) 3’ x 7’ hollow metal doors and frames complete with lockset, closer, weatherstrip and sill.

Windows: Two (2) 5’0” x 4’0” sliders with storms and screens in white vinyl frame.

Electrical: 1 – 125 amp (120/240/1ph) service panel with main breaker, 16 – 1’ x 4’ 2 tube surface mounted fluorescent lights with acrylic lenses, duplex outlets, 3 way switches.

HVAC: Change air unit ventilator – Model #CAE10000-PA-VP-F-240/1 c/w microprocessor model ‘PIC’ #TD-1 7-day programmable thermostat with battery back-up, providing 15.8kw heating & 3.0 ton cooling.

Building Design: Series PC2000 steel frame, non-combustible portable classroom. This classroom has superior building envelope characteristics offering a better, more sustainable design with a resistance to moisture and possible eventual microbial contamination. In addition, some features have been included to lower maintenance and operating costs while offering a higher degree of resistance to vandalism and “obsolescence”.
