Windows: Three (3) 5’0” x 4’0” sliders with storms and screens in white vinyl frame.

Electrical: 1 – 125 amp (120/240/1ph) service panel with main breaker, 16 – 1’ x 4’ 2 tube surface mounted fluorescent lights with acrylic lenses, duplex outlets, 3 way switches.

HVAC: Carrier roof top unit, 7 day programmable thermostat with battery back-up, providing 11.6 kw heating & 4.0 ton cooling complete with economizer.

Building Design: Series PC2000 steel frame, non-combustible portable classroom. This classroom has superior building envelope characteristics offering a better, more sustainable design with a resistance to moisture and possible eventual microbial contamination. In addition, some features have been included to lower maintenance and operating costs while offering a higher degree of resistance to vandalism and “obsolescence”.
