Blending the best of form and function, this two piece building was designed for retail space efficiency while keeping the owner’s image and brand identity at the forefront. This convenience store was part of a much larger service center site development along a major highway. The store was designed and has applied for LEED silver certification.

With multiple site locations to be constructed in restricted timeframes this was a perfect application for NRB’s off-site construction methodology.
