Even with its busy Main Street location, this existing site was demolished and reconstructed, stocked and open for business in only 20 days. The site was cleared with tanks, pumps, and all site servicing completed while the building itself was being constructed off-site at the NRB plant, cutting the construction schedule and retail downtime time in half.

All interior finishes, including the Country Style millwork, equipment, and paypoint were complete and installed prior to delivery. With the store completed in NRB’s yard 5 weeks from final construction approvals, it was delivered to the site in one day, with on-site connections completed with 10 days, allowing the owner to move in quickly.
