This modular retail convenience store is a steel and concrete structure with NRB’s own FP1 aluminum cladding system, which creates a clean-line low maintenance building exterior. This panel system was pre-installed at the NRB construction yard, resulting in minimal on site finishing having to occur.

The store’s interior finish consists of ceramic flooring, acoustic ceiling tiles, pay point and Country Style millwork, and perimeter fluorescent accent lighting to enhance the sales floor. All interior architectural features and finishes were completed before shipping to minimize site installation. The floor layout was designed to allow for optimal sales space usage and maximum storage.
