This steel and concrete building was the first of Pro Oil’s stores designed to reflect their new corporate image. Clean simple lines with bright eye catching colours all draw attention to this three bay oil change facility. Hand in hand with the speed of a quick oil change, the company has gone with this modular concept for its franchisee owners to simplify and streamline the construction process.

The modular structure was designed to fit over the owner supplied site installed basement, and with pit openings pre-cut into concrete slab, all glazing, overhead doors, interior finishes and 80% of the exterior siding completed off-site at the NRB yard prior to shipping. Once building is installed on site, only signage and equipment is needed allowing for a quick opening date for the new facility.
