This property owner looked to have exterior and interior appearance to reflect similar design to Corporate Ultramar store design, but also reflecting their own image, which was accomplished with the large fabric canopy. Store interior is bright and inviting with clean crisp lines, pay point bulkhead, which is installed on angle and has incandescent pot lighting, which creates warm glow effect. Accent fluorescent tube lighting frames perimeter wall accenting wall graphics above cooler area.

2’x 4’ acoustic ceilings run throughout the sales area, with painted drywall at bulkheads and washroom ceilings only. All interior walls are ½” gypsum board, with either painted or slatwall finishes. 12”x 12” ceramic tile is used on washroom and all exposed sales area walls that are not denoted for merchandising.

Ultramar blue is used to accent the metal doors and frames, including blue powder coating at storefront.
