This modular building was a first for the bus line, and was chosen because of site conditions, and the capability of future relocation. The steel and concrete building was set on a pinned foundation, and was divided into three very practical sized sections. Bright bold colours and materials were used to achieve an appealing yet practical waiting area, with lots of windows for natural light.

Careful consideration was given to all exterior and interior finishes at split line locations for the ability to relocate in the future, but at the same time maintaining an architectural appeal.
