These stores by Sobey’s provide fuel and convenience goods to communities across Atlantic Canada, and were a concept created to break into a new market. This store was built with steel and concrete flooring, with a wood wall and roof structure. Fully furnished with all interior finishes, the store features ceramic floors, acoustic ceiling tiles, millwork, storefront glazing, and all electrical and mechanical equipment.

NRB’s FP1 wall panels were powder coated to match all corporate colours and imaging. The store sign parapet and front canopy were built as part of the store construction, and while they were removed for transportation, only minimal installation was required once arriving on site. The brightly coloured exterior with its clean lines makes a great addition to the grocery chain’s parking lots.
