This steel and concrete building was designed in accordance with Viva’s corporate image, having a two-sided storefront appearance, with large washroom facilities to suit its site location on a busy highway. All of the interior finishes were pre-installed at NRB’s plant prior to shipping, including all millwork, coolers, ceiling and floor tiles, to ensure minimal site installation time.
