Designed to protect security staff that control vehicular and pedestrian traffic, this prefabricated guard house was constructed for a large transportation depot for its 24/7 operation. Built at the NRB facility, it was delivered to the site and craned into position on an existing 10’ x 25’ perimeter foundation. Designed to provide an efficient working environment for Security Officers, it is also equipped with an air conditioning system for comfort and a built-in two-piece washroom.

The interior bi-level floor is raised to elevate security staff to allow them to easily communicate with trucks and ease document transfer, both in-coming and out-going. The guard house is completely self-contained so that guards can monitor the premises in all directions without leaving their posts, and has sliding and insulated glass windows and metal doors located on both sides of the building.
