This innovative solution from NRB was created for a Canadian equipment manufacturer and a U.S. based sand and gravel company when they needed an operations control centre to house equipment and oversee the facility. This two-story steel building was built with each floor having three walls fitted out 30 degrees in order to provide a panoramic view of the area below. Extensive engineering was required, with the roof of the building being almost twice the size of the finished floor area.

In addition to the building envelope, NRB provided all of the work stations which house the control equipment, a washroom on each level, a full electrical package, and ductwork for an HVAC system.
