What's New
Speed. Selection. Sustainability.
It may interest you to know, that choosing to build with NRB could help you be a little more environmentally responsible. Why? Simply put, there are some “green”
principles inherent to the modular construction process that improve construction
and on-site performance. Shorter construction schedules on-site mean less
disturbance, fewer construction pollutants, reduced on-site deliveries with vehicular
traffic, and overall better safety and security. And because the building process
occurs here at our plant, all that surplus material on-site that may typically find
its way to a landfill, can often be recycled or re-inventoried at our plant for use
on another project.
Speed. With the NRB, modular construction delivery method, site development
happens at your location at the same time the building construction occurs at
our plant. Project completion time is significantly reduced – often as much as
50% or more. This means your business is up and running sooner.
Selection. NRB buildings provide the permanence and performance of conventional
construction, designed in single or multi-storey application. Architectural expression
with layout, feature and finishes, and electrical and mechanical systems are all
specific to your needs and can incorporate any “green” elements you choose.
Sustainability. NRB has built a LEED-level facility that applied a sustainable building
envelope design technology utilized by NRB well before “green” became the
dominant trend it is today. We continue to research and apply more sustainable
technology to our designs as we continually move towards improved building
performance and environmental sensitivity. Whether you choose NRB modular
construction simply as a more eco-friendly way to build, or you are following the
LEED roadmap to sustainable design, we can help you.
